Support and Empowerment Group

You are not alone!  This is a FREE, DROP-IN support group for survivors of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault or Human Trafficking.  Please join us in sharing experiences, learning coping skills, and building practices for self-empowerment, self-care and healing - all in a safe and inclusive environment.  The group is offered through Monarch Services, and held virtually via Zoom.
